August 19 to August 31, 2020 – General Community Quarantine

Starting August 19, 2020, tomorrow, Metro Manila will be under General Community Quarantine.

How does it affect my lifestyle and my routine starting tomorrow?

None. They will be the same.

I will still continue to

– stay home;

– do walking exercise in the neighborhood for about an hour (3 km) in the morning and another hour (3 km) in the late afternoon;

– do social networking through the NET (Facebook, email, Viber, Zoom, etc.);

– do stretching and flexing exercise for about 25 to 30 minutes;

– enjoy the meals prepared by my wife but ensuring that my weight should not go beyond 72 kg;

– clutter management (everything)

– clean house, garage and room

– wash dishes;

– gardening and appreciating plants;

– conduct telemedical consultation;

– blog;

– siesta in the afternoon;

– watch YouTube free movies every night;

– listen to music (50s, 60s, and 70s); and

– accomplish the things I wrote down in my COVID19 Quarantine and Sabbatical Leave.

May 16, 2020 to May 31, 2020 – modified enhanced community quarantine

June 1, 2020 to August 3, 2020 – general community quarantine

August 4, 2020 – August 18, 2020 – modified enhanced community quarantine

August 19, 2020 – August 31, 2020 – General community quarantine
