Starting August 19, 2020, tomorrow, Metro Manila will be under General Community Quarantine.
How does it affect my lifestyle and my routine starting tomorrow?
None. They will be the same.
I will still continue to
– stay home;
– do walking exercise in the neighborhood for about an hour (3 km) in the morning and another hour (3 km) in the late afternoon;
– do social networking through the NET (Facebook, email, Viber, Zoom, etc.);
– do stretching and flexing exercise for about 25 to 30 minutes;
– enjoy the meals prepared by my wife but ensuring that my weight should not go beyond 72 kg;
– clutter management (everything)
– clean house, garage and room
– wash dishes;
– gardening and appreciating plants;
– conduct telemedical consultation;
– blog;
– siesta in the afternoon;
– watch YouTube free movies every night;
– listen to music (50s, 60s, and 70s); and
– accomplish the things I wrote down in my COVID19 Quarantine and Sabbatical Leave.
