History
I started having tinnitus on the left ear – February 2024 – on and off, usually morning, lasting for about 5 minutes.
The sound is like ticking of a clock – not coinciding with my pulse rate. The ticking sound is faster than my pulse rate.
April 12, 2024; April 14, 2024 – had it again.
None on April 13, 2024, April 15, 16, and 17.
Will observe.
My wife said it’s part of aging process.

From April 18 to May 1, 2024 – NONE
Conclusion: episodic – don’t worry already.
